  : We loved how big the balcony was and how it wrapped around and being able to look out and see the ocean and loved being on a higher floor. The condo was very nice and comfortable.
  : The beds were a little stiff and we had a hard time finding blankets. Two or three blankets were just thrown in the closet floor of the master bedroom and we were never sure if they were clean or not. Not a big issue since we could wash them ourselves but there was other places to put them besides the floor and just thrown in there.

  : Not being able to contact anyone for anything renter related. The security was awful. Waited on the phone for 2 hours with Vacasa and no one was ever available.

  : The ocean view was amazing. We saw dolphins almost daily and the temperature was perfect. Traffic was lighter this time of year which was a plus. We would recommend this visiting this area to friends this time of year.
  : The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. We pursued new mattresses with Vacasa however due to supply/demand problems following 2020 they were unable to get a replacement. I will say however the Vacasa site manager went above and beyond to try and get a mattress for us and for that we want to thank her. She was able to get us an attractive credit for the situation. I would recommend that the owners be sure to check in with the property management companies from time to time to ensure the conditions of their property are up to par if they do not visit often enough.

  : Location was excellent - balcony view was beautiful! Condo was spacious and had everything we needed!
  : Beds were all uncomfortable, pillows were all flat and likely old. Chairs on balcony were very uncomfortable as well. Several lights were out in the condo and one tv remote had no batteries, so, had to switch batteries out in another to get it to work. All of these things were definitely not deal breakers, but, the owners could invest a little into toppers for beds, new pillows, better chairs for balcony and make sure housekeeping checks on lighting/batteries for remotes. Location and size of condo outweighed all of these little things and i would still stay here again!!!

  : Overall we enjoyed our stay. What we saw in the pictures was what we got. The room was ready on time and clean upon arrival. Kitchen was well equipped, but the dishwasher was not cooperative. The elevators were quick. I liked having a passcode and not having to worry about a key.
  : I had to pay $15 to park my car. I went to the location to purchase one and needed cash. This was not disclosed ahead of time. The bedroom with two twin beds was extremely hot. The dishwasher only worked sometimes. The washing machine was quite loud. It couldn’t run at night because it woke people up in the guest bedrooms. We had no hand towels or wash cloths and only about 4-5 large towels. That was a huge inconvenience. I bought wash cloths at the dollar store.
