  : It was in the midst of renovations which meant dirt, missing furniture, partially finished rooms and lobby. The staff did not care and sketchy ppl were wandering in and around the building

  : Air conditioning made my nose congested. Noticed a couple other customers with the same issue as well as the staff. Seems that the air isnt clean there. They also over charged my card 200 dollars.

  : Bed very high and hard to get in off, we used the pool there was wires coming out of inside of the pool from the light laying out side on walkway of pool . Ice machine not working

  : The room was clean and comfortable. We just booked for one night to break up our drive, so the room was to our liking.
  : The water pressure to our shower was on the low side. The hair dryer in the room did not work. Not important details and did not affect comfort of the room.

  : Location was great. Room was clean. Housekeeping was very friendly.
  : Our first night the automatic door got stuck closed while the only staff member was outside smoking. An alarm was going off in the lobby because of it and he didnt know how to turn it off. Another guest had to use the side exits to let him back in and they ended up pulling apart the door and propping it open. Later that night the power went out around midnight and was out until 7am. There was no staff to be found. No emergency lighting. No back up generator. Nothing. The hot tub was maybe 90 making it dangerous to be in due to bacterias. The pool had a film covering the service, was freezing and they never had a filter running. The elevator broke down with a guest on it and the worker was once again outside smoking so the guest had to pry the doors open and let themselves out. The breakfast had a good variety but the food was cold and no staff could be found to turn the warmers on. On the 2nd day there was a leak in the hallway that continued to leak for the duration of our stay. Nobody tried to clean it up. The hallway was filled wall to wall with over an inch of water that we had to walk through to get in and out of the hotel. The flood prompted the elevator to be out of order. By our last day the leak/flood had extended into the lobby as well as the breakfast dining area. The water was clear but smelled and you had to stand in the water in order to get your breakfast. Again, at no point did ANY staff member try to clean it or put towels or anything down. All that they did was put a wet floor sign out. The staff members did very little. Front desk sat behind the desk and played on their phone the entire time. One staff member made me extremely uncomfortable by following me and my daughter and watching us around corners. He later approached me and asked me for my phone number. I said no. Later again he approached me again asking me for personal information which I did not answer.
