: Great ski resort! The location (hotel) awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Awful
: The furniture was old and dirty. The room (walls) were dirty I received the linen in a bag and I was told to make my own bed. The so called sofa was more like a floor bed (too much draft from the balcony door and during the night was really cold). Blankets were full of dust (when I unfolded the blanket a lot of dust came out). The hotel rules were: clean the room, make the beds, vacuum the room, clean the kitchen, toilet, wash the dishes. I have never ever encountered anything like this in any 4* hotel. Awful experience and I would never go back and I will advise all of my friends and acquaintances to avoid it at all costs. If someone from the management reads this I respectfully ask them to check the cleanliness and how the room presents it self.
