  : The location and staff were great. Breakfast was very good too.
  : The bathrooms had been remodeled and we didnt have hot water or pressure in our showers in the morning. The people who could fix it wouldnt be there until after we left.

  : Great location in Ordino. Staff did not speak English, and I do not speak Spanish, but we managed to communicate ok and they were very friendly.
  : No air con in the room, but otherwise was a very pleasant place to stay.

  : Friendly welcome and professional reception staff throughout our stay. Really helpful with a query I had with a local booking I had made the lady on the reception telephoned on my behalf to confirm som details. Thank you so much . Clean, comfortable room with great bathroom facilities especially the shower. Good selection of continental breakfast food with the addition of omelettes for a hot choice.Good location for us as we had a car to visit nearby ski resorts. Parking spaces easy to find locally and only a couple of euros a day as its free from 8pm til 9.30am overnight. A couple of good places to eat within a short walk.If we were in the area again we would definitely consider staying again.
  : On the occasion that we stayed we did find other guests quiet noises in the early evening when we were relaxing after a day on the slopes. Having said this all was quiet after 10 pm until a reasonable time in the morning.
