: I did not like the fact that the building smelt bad, like right at the entrance, it smelt like old humid place / smoke, I already knew it would not be a nice place to stay. Then I paid for a parking space, was given a parking number, I left & came back late at night, the space was taken by another vehicle & there was no other available spots. So basically they sold more parking spaces than what they had available, so I had to park my car in the middle which I did not like either. The staff was not friendly either, I would stay almost rude, clearly they dont like working there either. To finish, the breakfast was ok, but no coffee like the coffee machine was only giving milk I dont recommend the place

: The location was good, very closed to the city center. The tramway and the transportation was really very very closed. The staff was nice.
: The first room had twins knowing that I have requested for a double bed. Twins were moving all the time. they were very small and the second night I fell down when I wanted to be in the middle. Beds moved and I fell down. Fortunately they gave me a room with a double bed for the last night. I could sleep better even though I had a back pain. Staff was nice. I had asked for gluten free meals but they did not have that. I did not take breakfast there. The opening hours in booking and the message I received were inaccurate as it was for the first apartment I had booked. Information in booking was totally inaccurate.

: Free wifi was appreciated. We rented two rooms (studios) and their size was decent. Arrival outside open hours is made possible via a code to access keys, this is convenient but don't forget then to call ahead of time to obtain the code.
: One of the two studios we rented had a strong and persistent smell of old cigarette smoke. Consistently, the smoke detector had been removed (probably by a former customer). This smell totally wasted our night. Also, in both studios, there were regrettable stains on walls, ceiling and on sofa cover.
