  : It was well located and the beds were comfy. It was reasonably clean.
  : Not one member of staff were able to speak or understand any English which made booking in and negotiating breakfast etc very difficult. They were also not very friendly, in particular the reception and the woman running breakfast.

  : The hotel was conveniently located and a short walk from the centre of Orleans. The room was large, clean and the bed comfortable. Secure parking for our car (for a fee) for 10 days enabled us to complete a circular cycle tour along The Loire

  : Absolutely nothing and I have never made a complain but it will be written below.
  : We arrived there at 19:30, after a drive from Zarautz to find there are no parking spots available. When we specifically booked this hotel because it advertises to have a parking. Thats quite rare inside a big city like Orleans. We were on the way back home after our summer holidays, so there was a lot of luggage we dont want to leave out in the street or have to take with us inside the room. No English speaking host at the hotel and she tells us to find a spot in the area at the square because it is free. We are not happy but agree to it. After 30 mins of driving around and not finding anything, she tells us to park in a parking garage on a 2 min drive. We push her to make space in the parking of the hotel. Note: there is also a super big trailer stalled at the entrance. We finally push this enormous thing aside to make an extra spot. All good we thought. While getting ready to go out, and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Great. We returned at 23:30. She announced that somebody was picking up the the trailer at 8:00 am! We had to wake up to move our car. At this point we were so over her rudeness and inability to communicate with us, we said yes, wake us up then. She knocked on the door at 7:30.... it was Sunday. One of us worked in service and we understand how managing expectations and meeting up to the standards of your guests is, but this was just uncalled for. To make your problem something that your paying guests have to solve, is just straight up rude. Dont advertise that you have a parking, when you only have 6 spots available for like 30-40 rooms. And then deny your guests parking because you are hosting a trailer on a parking spot that you advertised as available, in the weekend! Concluding: the rooms are VERY dated, no English speaking host, there are no working power outlets and the WiFi doesnt have reach to the rooms. Dont go here. Unless you dont care about parking, hygiene, language barrier and working WiFi.
