  : Location was very close to Universal.
  : Our room wasnt as described in the booking. Supposed to be 2 bedroom with 2 king beds in one room and one king bed in the other. They moved us into a 2 bedroom with 1 king bed in one room and 1 queen bed in the other. This didnt work well for 5 adult

  : Location was great to Universal. Room was clean.
  : Room was not as described when we reserved it. They put us in an ADA room with 1 queen bed in 1 room and 1 king bed in the other. It was supposed to have 1 king bed in one room and 2 king beds in the other. This did not work well for 5 adults. One adult was forced to sleep on the sleeper sofa which was very sloped and very uncomfortable. Roll in shower made a mess of the bathroom floor. The bed frame on the queen bed was wooden and stuck out past the mattress which I cracked my shins on multiple times. Sonder informed us this was the only room they had left. It made our vacation less that enjoyable.

  : When we got to our room the door code did not work so I called Sonder's help phone number and spoke with Carlos. He assisted us and had a new door code for us within 10 minutes of our arrival. He even compensated us a bit off our stay which was very generous and not expected. The property was super close to the park for HHN. It was as clean as you would expect for a hotel in Orlando not asscociated with Disney or Unniversal. We have stayed at a Sonder property in Savannah in the past and had no issues and the apartment was super clean. I felt that it would be hard to maintain since the amonut of people moving through the Orlando area.
  : The ENTIRE hotel smelled like weed and the smell was so strong in our room we had to keep the fan going in the bathroom at all times. It was so bad when we left our luggage still reeked of marrijuana and we had to wash our luggage bags when we got home. The shower would not drain and would fill up with water when you ran it.

  : Two bed apartment was well equipped and easy to access on arrival. Location is excellent for trips to Universal and access to road network for food, shopping etc. We hired a car at Orlando airport and this made getting around easier. Pool are was quiet during our stay very clean. Would suit people familiar with travelling to Orlando as you are on your own to check-in and deal with any issues that may arise in the rental.
  : No Sonder staff on site so any issues needed to be resolved through Booking.com customer service. Sonder App had to be downloaded prior to check in, you need to scan your face and ID to check in etc. I found the response to issues we had was very poor through the customer support on the Sonder app. I was spammed with too much Sonder advertising to my personal email after I downloaded the app and made the booking. The toilet in both apartments were faulty and we ended up fixing those problems ourselves, the electrical sockets in the main bathroom didn't work, no drapes on the main windows so people can see in to your apartment during the day unless you keep the heavy curtains closed . Staff at the Point were courteous but have no responsibility for Sonder residents so there is no one on site to help if you have a problem.
