  : Great location and fantastic views over Island of Adventure and Universal Studios. Was able to watch the night light and firework show from my room.Took the ferry from Leows Sapphire Falls to City Walk which was really handy.
  : No choice in a softer pillow. All of them were of the same firmness with no variety to ensure you had one that suited.

  : We've stayed before and had high expectations because this was our favourite hotel. We do love the location, the regular buses to Universal City Walk, the proximity to Volcano Bay. The quality of the rooms is high, and the pool and loungers are lovely and well maintained. The staff are mostly very friendly (outside of the food service and the starbucks!).
  : When we first arrived, our room was dirty (bed covers stained, floor covered in dust and nail clippings!) but housekeeping immediately came to resolve this and the head of maintaining the hotel called us later to apologise profusely, so that was fine. However, I do feel the amenities have gotten worse, for example the food is now a lot more expensive than it was and still has very limited vegan options. The pool used to have a movie night which we loved and were excited for, only to find the screen had been broken for ages. You used to be able to get to Volcano Bay through the pool, but because we wanted to make use of the early access hours, we had to walk out of the hotel and along the road (why is there no bypass so you can use the pool area access without actually being able to access the pool itself?).

  : The room with the view was fantastic. It was cleaned every day, and there were no shortage towels, etc. The transportation bus came regularly every 10 minutes, and the Aventura stop was right beside the escalators.Food in the hotel was good and more reasonably priced compared to the parks.Visiting Volcano Bay was easy using the walk way and you were able to take towels from the hotel pool area to save hiring them.Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
  : The furniture in the roof top bar is a bit tired and worn.
