Glamorous 2BR Villa In Ornos With Amazing Sea View!

  : Mykonos and surrounding towns were Beautiful.
  : No spare garbage bags, toaster, towels. only 2 indoor chairs, 2 found outside broken. Upstairs -Fan broken & dirty, Toilet seat not fixed, no shower Curtin, water splashes the floor & toilet. Tv no antenna. Outside shutter can't close & rattled, rails missing and rotten. No blankets, only sheets. Main tv broken. Outside photos misleading, not glamorous, no amazing Seaviews. No communication with host, for instance rubbish bins 200mts from Villa on the main street. Cleanliness was poor. Very disappointing, would not be recommend this Villa to anyone. Why are there no 2023 reviews on this Villa? Overall, very disappointed. Despite arranging a transfer from the airport to our Villa through booking.com app, for 60 70 Euros when our flight landed, we were left stranded. Apone arrival at the Villa knowing that we had to wait 5 hrs to our check-in time, we tried to contact Hellen on the number we were given, plus 2 other number, but no one answered our calls. Again, despite being informed someone would meet us at our Villa no one did??

  : the position is OK.
  : - name of property is misleading, the sea view is not amazing, it is basically not existent - swimming pool was green, closed and not usable - toilet and heater is leaking the water, when flush or use water it makes loud sound - there are no doors inside the house, so it is 2 bedroom, but when somebody go to toilet and flush it - wakes up all people in house - wifi was often cutting off couple of times each day during our stay - GPS coordinates are wrong (because property is re-listing this accommodation again after bad reviews?) - check in took 1 hour and it was mess - first change of agent, then call with Helen the owner - can not understand and normally explain where to go, fail to send right GPS coordinates, the GPS coordinates given are wrong 100 metres off on busy road full of buildings - during rainy night the water leak inside the room 3cm, when windows and doors was closed. According the host it is OK and our fault. The problem was on terrace, where is roof leaking and water falling down, on ground is hole for water, which was full of mess, so water stay on terrace and went inside room - because of water in room I was almost electrocuted - had electric extension plugged in with my Apple computer, I got leak inside my apple charger, Jabra earplugs, it breaks my electronic cigarrette - after complaining to this no compensation was given. The answer was quote "If you are not pleased, you can quit the rental!"

  : location was okay. the unit was spacious for a family of 4.
  : not very accommodating. coffee machine didnt work. downstairs shower kept backing up with black sludge. upstairs shower was leaking into the downstairs kitchen. not enough towels or linens provided. we were given 4 towels total for 4 people. no floor mat, no hand towels. they did send 4 tiny towels after I asked. my son wanted to sleep on the sofa downstairs instead of in full size bed with his older brother; but there was not one extra sheet or blanket provided. the sofa was stained and not very appealing to lay on without a sheet. management didnt send spare set of sheets until our last night there. communication couldve be a bit more patient and friendly. very disappointing
