  : The wifi was terrible. When booking the property it was stated wifi was at the premise. Most of the guests were meant to be working, but it did no turn on.

  : things we greatly appreciated:- proximity with the beach - cafe/restaurant is walking distance- well functioning air conditioning system- recently renovated place (although the furniture are not super new) - laundry machine on site - big refrigerator and freezer - quiet neighborhood - supermarkets, restaurants and anything you might need are easy to reach by car
  : - a big NO for the pre-check-in process which is very long and asks too much personal data which are irrelevant for the purpose. that process is mentioned as fast and easy whilst is not! you have already our data from the Booking.com app but you ask much more things in the other form that we found disturbing. we believe through booking you have already all the safe guarantees including a credit card number plus the prepayment of the entire amount of the booking and that should be enough for you to ensure a pretty safe booking considering people are coming to vacation to rest and relax and not to filling paperwork and getting stressed about your recommendations of filling out the document before the arrival day. So for other guests: please be aware before booking because this mandatory long second step called pre-checkin is never mentioned in the property listing description as a mandatory step, and it really should be! - therefore after booking - which makes it impossible for you to cancel without penalties in case you disagree with this process- guests are driven to give more data and also to sign a separate contract which we didnt think is appropriate considering that we were not renting from an agency but through Booking.
