  : NO ICE, NO COFFEE . THEY ADVERTISED COFFEE. SODA MACHINE DID NOT WORK. PLUMBING ISSUES WITH THE TOILET. DIRTY HARDWOOD FLOORS. WHEN WE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE ISSUES THEY WERE NOT HAPPY. OF COURSE I WAS UPSET. I APOLOGIZED FOR GETTING UPSET . THEY DID FIX THE PLUMBING ISSUE BUT BLAMED US FOR IT. SO NOT A PLACE I WOULD STAY AT AGAIN. WHEN I RANG THEIR BUZZER TO COMPLAIN THEY IGNORED US. WE HAD TO GO TO A RESTAURANT TO USE THE TOILET.

  : Dirty, feces or blood on bathroom walls, black mold, smelly, falling apart, stained, cockroach infested, disgusting dirty room. Shower leaked all over and by morning there was mold on the bath mat!! AND I paid in full online and they said I didn’t and charged me again! My first stay the room was nice but they tried to say I didn’t pay a deposit!!! I will not ever go back!

  : .The lady next door was nice. NO pets, No Coffee, Coffee less coffee maker, no friendly check in person, the cooler is around the corner of the room so it's very warm in room. No place to relax outside the room, no pool, garden, or patio area. Would highly recommend any other motel in Oroville.
  : The room, bathroom, light switches, bathtub and mirrors were all dirty when we arrived, We debated complaining about it, but we were tired so I wiped the things down that I could. Some of it just needs to be painted it looks bad. The room we got the first time was clean. The worst part is that our reservation said 11:oo am check out as well as our confirmation. We get pounding on the door at 9:15 and told check out is at 10 AM. I was so mad, we were on vacation, staying on another day, not there of course, we will never stay there again, and we were repeat customers I showed her my reservation and told her we'll check out at 11. She was very rude, unfortunately I was also rude. I am not a morning person, so dont lie to me after waking me up. Jeepers

  : Very clean. Was in disabled access room so it was big and the shower was huge. Had a good stay!!

  : The rooms have been remodeled and the lack of cockroaches was a relief. I guess they got rid of the pest problem with the remodel witch put me at ease. The rooms are much nicer and it's very affordable. Kudos to the owners for their work!!
