  : Hotel and it's facilities abound although they're a little dated now.Overall a great experience, but not the best value for money, pricey.
  : Staff clearly serving those from whom they think they can get tips. I don't tip so I had to fetch my own drinks napkins and cutlery. On the rare occasion I did get a drink it was cola from a pump, while the tippers were getting cans. Skin colour profiling was also pretty obvious, I'm brown so little to no service for me. We left only 100TL tip on the bed for the cleaner on day one and returned to a clean room. Next day we left 10, we returned at midday to an unmade room but the money was gone. Room wasn't made until past 4pm, so no more tipping. This says more about the workers than the hotel, but it's about the experience, right? They need to fake it better.At least one ala carte and one spa treatment ought to have been free, considering the most basic cost 300 per night.Food, though reasonably good, got monotonous after 3 days.

  : The food options and taste was amazing. The variety of entertainment planned by hotel was perfect.The staff are so friendly. Big property so u wont get board during your stay.
  : The cleanliness of room was nog good and enough ! Even after daily room service I could see there is no vacuum is used for our room or bathroom wasnt cleaned ! Just they were changing towels and bed sheet once for us !

  : Perfect territory and food. As for the main restaurant the quality of food was excellent.
  : The hotel urgently needs renovation. Old furniture,towels and no proper cleaning in the beach, old furniture, towels, old wallpapers in the corridors and in the rooms. Inspite there are lots of English tourists - personnel speaks very bad English, no animation at all, no event manager who can sell different packages for special events. We booked flowers - they delivered them at 10.30 instead of 08.00 and they were ugly. No packages for romantic holidays, for birthdays, nothing at all, even they can't make a breakfast in the room or dinner in the beach with candles. Be careful with the photobox. It's impossible to have one like this in 5 star hotel. They take 15 pounds for 1 photo and say that it doesn't matter whether it is printed out or not. So for 40 minutes session you may pay about 1000 euro if you like the photos. No matter whether they used an assistant, special equipment or design programmes. You will not meet anything like this price list anywhere in the world's hotels. Housekeeping started to knock at 9 o'clock every day when you are still sleeping.
