  : The apartment met our needs for our stay in Oslo. It was in a pleasant suburb, near tram stops and a good variety of shops.
  : We were taken aback when we went to the given address of the apartment only to discover we couldn't check in there. We were fortunate in having our daughter with us on this occasion and she was able to work out where to go to check in and get access. We are both in our eighties and thinking of other older people who may have been dropped off by taxi at Holmboes Gate, it could be quite difficult, especially as there did not seem to be any mention of that on the booking confirmation documents. We had difficulty in operating the dish-washer. Some instructions for appliances would be useful. Better lighting would improve the apartment.

  : Apartment was clean and bed was comfortable, nice view over town from 6th floor, quiet neighbourhood and quick access by foot or tram into town.
  : Had to pick up key from associated hotel a few streets further. Complicated! Would habe been MUCH easier with a key box and code. Surrounding streets were busy all night so impossible to sleep with open window and NO regulation heating in room at all. It was very hot at times! Room was only cleaned ONCE(!) during the whole week when I expressly asked for it - incredible! No LAN access and no thermal lighting. One curtain hanging down, asked to be repaired but was never done all week, so light in the room at night around midsummer! Worst of all: this room was VERY expensive and was definitely not worth it.

  : A very clean and cozy apartment, with an equipped kitchen and a washing machine and dryer available in the common areas. The staff was really nice and helpful.The apartments are a few mintues away from the main reception, we had carry-on trolleys and it wasn't an issue getting there.It is a few mintues away from the night bus to the airport as well, with a variety of supermarkets near by. In addition, it is a few minutes tram ride to the city center.I would highly recommend and would stay again.

  : No air conditioning. Only 1 small elevator. No instructions given on how to check out, or where to leave key, so had to call office at other location as no staff at apartments.
