  : Im trying to contact them for manage my booking over a week and no one answering my calls, messages or emails. I need to move my booking.
  : Staff is no friendly and no one answering messages or phone call.

  : It’s easier to say what I did not like. But areas were clean.
  : Bathroom and poor design and function. Bed mattress not comfortable. Window covering, broken and not useful.Back door of building was found open at times. Poor security and safety hazard. Could use a more modern look to rooms and hallways.

  : Coffee mashine broken 3 times in less than 24 hours, the manager and different front desk employees has different information, the breakfast is a fishing advertise/scam, is not free for all. (Booking a room for 4, description says it is free, but at the hotel they will make you feel that you have no money, manager says that he is already giving 2 for free and that we need to pay for other 2). Hotel assume that other customers complaint about the same fake advertise, but they still doing it. So, 1 night around $200/$300 and we have to pay for breakfast. We returned the tickets for 2 breakfast. Manager offered free breakfast next time to fix the $160 that we have to pay for food in a different place. My family and all my friends do not recommend this place
