  : Room was large, nice balcony with a sea view, room was clean comfortable with a very good buffet breakfast
  : Very large hotel which resulted in having to wait for empty elevators to take luggage up or down, as a large hotel, staff were very impersonal, despite advertising on site parking at 14 no parking was possible, with very little on street parking available.

  : Its a big hotel. Several floors. Plenty of people, and the lifts can get busy. Not much of a problem. It was all good.

  : The service received was good, the room was comfortable and well presented. We had a very nice room on the 5th Floor. The staff were very polite, helpful and bilingual. The balcony was welcome in the heat. Located right on the beach with free parking or under ground parking for a fee. Thank you.
  : The bathroom was a little worn and well used. There was a large open space in the room that seemed underutilized. The pool area is closed on Mondays and this information was not made obvious to us before we booked. The elevators were a nightmare, they had many throughout the hotel but did not appear to arrive on your floor often (when they did, they were usually full)

Disappointing

  : The room was not good and there was a balcony where the neighbor was sitting like in my room. The towel hanger was broken and each time hung the towel it fell. They said the swimming pool closes at 17.00 and I was there at 16.20 and the swimming pool guy wanted to prevent me from swimming saying it was almost 17.00, then I didn't listen to ti him but he asked me to leave the pool at 16.50 not 17.00 as they said and turned off lights which were very rude. No variety in Breakfast.

  : The swimming pool was a bit disappointing, sauna and whirlpools were closed and there was a bad smell by the pool (sewage?). I am allergic to dustmites, and my allergies were really bad in the room I assume because the carpet hasnt been cleaned well enough.

  : Room was very clean and comfy. Plenty of activities for families with children. Easy access to tram and beach. Sports activities available Breakfast nice and complete. Staff at reception friendly and helpful.
  : The dinner experience at 'the Ensor'. I waited a long time, and when they brought the dinner, the fries were cold. I asked for new fries, and got a whole discussion about it (I should have told immediately: I did tell within 3 minutes). They took away the cold fries. At the end I finished my dinner and never got other fries. I called for parking in advance; and was told I could park two streets away, but that parking was full. Finally I parked along a very dangerous and busy road (1/2 km away), and had to carry the luggage and hold the child with me, and jump between parked cars when traffic arrived. There was no way to cross the street onto the dike as there is a wall of concrete about 1m high. So the parking was a scary nightmare (especially at night). Personally I 'm not much of a tourist for gigantic hotel structures, but for families who are looking for entertainment for everyone, it is a good place.
