  : Casa Colombo has a great central location and as the house is spread over 3 floors (top being a terrace) it was very comfortable for a couple plus one friend or another couple. (2 double beds and 2 bathrooms) The management reacted very quickly to wifi not working, which was much appreciated. The house was very clean and spacious. Loved the view from the terrace.
  : A few more utensils in the kitchen (ie sharp knife, more cutlery or small bottle olive oil) would have been helpful. Steep stairs to enter and inside over 3 floors and so not recommend for anyone unable to climb stairs.

  : Luisa is a wonderful hostess. Breakfast was copious and very good. The room is quite large, just off the main house where breakfast is served and has it's own separate entrance. Short walking distance to the main sights.
  : Please note that there are some steep stairs to access the property. Parking is not too far unless you have luggage. It is possible to drop off luggage then park.

  : Compact little spot with all you need for a pleasant stay. An easy 500m walk to the centre of town.
  : A better clean to ensure all sand is out would be great. On Friday evening the neighbours get festive which we could hear. If we were out later this wouldnt have been a problem.

  : The location is great, right outside the city center, you are walking distance from everything! It was clean and very unique inside, a real charming place.
  : There was no WiFi due to a bug that the owners did not know how to fix

  : Excellent location, close walking distance to center. It was a very cute house and enjoyed it.
  : Disappointed by the service and management, only a small bottle of body wash and no shampoo. No crib in the room upon arrival after confirming twice beforehand. When it was finally brought there were no sheets for it and railings did not click in place so couldn't be used.

  : Cleaning, comfortable bed, central location, big terrace, nice decoration, no hot water issues in the shower, lovely neighborhood with local people.
  : 1- On the day I checked in, there was an additional 51 Euro payment on my card from Typney by mistake. It was resolved quickly, but I had to get in touch with customer support and it wasn't the first thing I planned to do when vacationing in Ostuni. 2- I paid the city tax for 1 person when doing a booking on booking.com, but the Typney app made me pay it again for 2 people during the online check-in! So I ended up paying extra for nothing. 3) The check-out instructions I received from Typney after the reservation wasn't accurate. For example, Typney wanted me to take a picture of the key in the key-box when checking out, on the day of check-out but this wasn't in the check-out instructions they sent before. Similarly, the WiFi instructions of the apartment were also not accurate. In an ideal vacation, I don't expect to get in touch with customer support and I don't expect customer support to get in touch with me all the time. Long story short - the apartment is 10/10, but the Typney app is 6/10.

  : Check in procedure. Owner delegated to Typney. No timely entrance code mail /sms. When you call them, they put you on hold. No place to stop and unload a luggage from the car. Fortunately, neighbourghs friendly and willing to help.
