  : They accept late check-in (like 22:00).
  : Room 325. There was a constant smell of mold in the room. I slept with the terrace door opened, so that I dont feel the smell and the wood decay.

  : Very clean hotel. Just a few minutes easy walk to the centre of Porto and harbour with numerous restaurants. Lovely garden and swimming pool.Very nice cleaning ladies.Good sized room with lovely balcony overlooking garden.Nice breakfast buffet but see below.Have given a mark of 8 but would have been higher had it not been for the 2 issues below.
  : Shower over large corner bath was positioned in such a way that water flooded the floor. The bath either needs a shower curtain or an adjustable bracket so the shower head can be pointed downwards.We had breakfast one morning(Sunday 14th May). The selection was very good as was the quality. However the breakfast room is quite small and the tables were not cleared which meant that new guests were greeted by a scene of table after table full of dirty crockery and left over breakfast debris. Is there anything worse? What made it worse was the manageress( we think) could see what it was like and did absolutely nothing to clear or tidy up-- in fact when some guests complained there was no space, she directed them to a little table surrounded by dirty tables. She was obviously clueless about customer service.!!

  : Our flight was cancelled so tried to call and left a message for the hotel to say we wouldnt arrive until the following day. The receptionist was surprised when we arrived and spoke too fast in French for us to understand but said there was a problem and put us in an apartment in the town. No access to pool or breakfast or working shower

  : Nice view from the room / terrace. Quiet location at the back of the building. Short walk to the port. Nice pool, despite being end of October we could still use the facilities. Room facilities were according to the pictures. Friendly staff. At this time of the year parking in front of the hotel was free of charge.
  : The room / certain furniture could be upgraded. Tea/coffee facilities would be nice. Nothing major.
