The Kivi Talu Country Hotel is located next to a small lake in the Southern-Estonian forests and hills 8 km from Otepää. The cottages all offer a kitchen and free Wi-Fi. The Tartu skiing area is only 2 km from Kivi Talu Country Hotel. The Kuutsemäe ski and snow tubing slopes are 12 km away.
There ski and snowboard rentals as well as tennis courts can be found. Group meals can be pre-ordered at a surcharge. The owners raise horses sheep and other farm animals. Guests of the Kivi Talu Country Hotel can swim boat and fish at the lake in summer and ice-skate in winter.
