  : The owners of the property are nice and very responsive. The apartment is small but nice. Everything works. It is on the ground floor and accessible even on a wheelchair. Free parking and a couple of supermarkets are nearby.

  : New apartment so all facilities are new.Walking distance from the center.Everything is avalable for cooking by yourself.
  : New residential area under construction. Noise starts at 8. But we get up before 8 and leave for the day so it was not bothering much.It is actually a sudio, not one bed room apartment as mentioned on booking.com

  : Nice and cosy apartment, fully equipped.You can buy everthing from several super markets in walking distance.
  : Payment was very difficult, intially I wanted to pay trough booking.com, after booking I was informed Cash only, so I organized cash. Then I was informed by e-mail to pay via mobile (??) or send it prior to arrival to the Bank Account. We booked 5 hours before arrival, it does not work from a foreign Bank Account. We phoned with the landlord, Paypal was not possible. After discussion the landlord decided to trust us, we left the Cash on the table.The location is not well documented in booking.com. We searched 20 minutes, at the end with phone support from the landlord, to find the door while raining. Some buildings have numbers at the main entrance, this building not.The offered free parking spot is complicated, because you have to use a guest parking spot, which is only useable for 4h, except between 10 pm and 8 am. At arrival no spot was available.The offered spare parking area on the street app. 200 m away was also full. 1h later I were able to catch one in the guest area. Inbetween I had to wait. When a parking spot is offered on booking.com, I expect it available during the whole stay, I propose to rework the given information on booking.com according the reality.

  : The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is parking but can be difficult to get a spot. The hosts were very helpful and communicate well. Was an ideal location and simple for a short stay.
  : Had to bank transfer money which complicated things, especially for foreign banks and weekends. The hosts were very helpful and patient with this.
