  : Nice welcome at the reception. There was enough space for parking. Food in the evening as well as breakfast was ok. No charging station, time to travel to Brussels should be taken into consideration (traffic jams on 3 lanes!!)
  : Bed was small, room needs some more caretaking (loose lamps with burning marks).

  : Big room, very dog friendly, great, friendly and flexible personnel - especially Johan, who went the extra mile to make as feel welcome. Large hotel parking space. Priceworthy restaurant (until 9 pm) and bar (until midnight) at the hotel.

  : The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a pleasant terrace with a wonderful view of the green surroundings. The modern and tidy bathroom added to the overall positive experience. A commendable breakfast buffet and dinner service was offered. Despite my late arrival, I received a warm and friendly welcome. Knowing I was staying for surgery, the hotel informed me upfront they would happily provide extra pillows. Even with the kitchen closed over Christmas, the staff, particularly Dieter and Johan, went the extra mile by placing a fridge and kettle in my room and offering a solution for meal preparation. They were most helpful and friendly. Every staff member I met was truly lovely and courteous. A special mention to Jean-Louis, who made my stay a truly excellent one. He went above and beyond, ensuring I lacked nothing even during the quieter holiday period. Jean-Louis prepared dinner when the kitchen was closed, and I am truly grateful for his amazing attention! Thanks so much again! Many thanks to the whole team for making my stay memorable!
  : While the hotel provides comfort, cleanliness, and has exceptional staff, some areas like the hallways have a dated charm, though evident efforts are being made for upgrades. I cant help but feel that value for money can be improved when comparing options.

  : Closeness to a venue that I attended. The heat in the room was good. Good nights sleep. Philip and Els were amazing. Lovely shower with plenty of hot water. Quiet location
  : No fridge in room, no tea or coffee making facilities. Very depressing place with little to no care taken. Breakfast was very limited.The hallway stank of damp and the room door lock was stiff and hard to open/close.Asked for a kettle, which we received, only to be told to wash it before we used it as it was dirty! It was like a hotel that time forgot. I wouldnt stay there again.
