  : I fell at another establishment in Owensboro and was having trouble walking. Your staff moved me from the fourth floor to a handicapped accessible room on the first floor! So kind and thoughtful. Thank you.
  : No hot tub but one of the reviews I read on Booking com mentioned a hot tub.

  : Property needed to work on the details. Toilet handle was broken and they acted like having the room cleaned was a big deal. We were there five days and received one day of trash pick up and new towels. But the girls at the desk were kind.

  : Cecilia did an excellent job cleaning the room and the beds were very comfortable. The check in receptionist was very sweet as well. The hotel overall was clean and easy to get to. They also did not raise their rates through the week, as others around them did.
  : The pool was very old (concrete cracking) and small. A sign said no more than 5 swimmers at a time and we counted well over 30. The pool was way over crowded which was very disappointing because that was the ONLY reason we chose this hotel. We even called ahead to check pool hours and to make sure the pool would be open that day. We paid $30-$40 extra for a hotel with an indoor pool and we were only able to get in for about ten minutes because there were about 6 teenage boys that came in and started throwing football and we nearly got hit in the head twice so we just got out. The hotel staff came in twice, once to look around and once to restock the towels and didn't seem to mind the chaos. I understand the sign that said 5 swimmers at a time was probably a little outrageous, but I do think there should have been some limits in place as to what activities were allowed to take place when the pool was that crowded. My kids like to play sports as well, but there is a time and a place. Because there was a sports team staying at the hotel, we got to breakfast 5 minutes after it started and it was completely gone including the plates and silverware! I will say that the staff did an excellent job at restocking, but it did take about 10-15 minutes. We weren't in a rush, so we didn't mind waiting.
