  : The location was perfect. The house was clean and beautiful. The only issue was the initial entrance. The key code on the door wasn't opening the door, so after a 45 min hold on the phone we were navigated to the key box that had an actual key to open the door. Once in, everything was perfect.
  : I would have liked more info about the second key box upon arrive vs. calling to get the info. The cell service wasn't great at the location, so made the hold time to customer service a little more stressful.

  : This is a great location. It was not hot all week so not sure how this would be in the summer. We definitely used the heat in the winter. The bedding and towels were comfortable.Furniture was ample and comfortable as well. I was impressed by the amount of dishes and cutlery for 10 people it was nice to have several sets. The pots were one basic set but worked for our short stay. It was within walking distance several shops, harbor rentals, and a beach. A one minute drive to a great park with morning yoga, walking trails, wheelchair access to the beach, large field and of course a pirate play structure. The pool table was also a nice bonus at night for the kids. There were surfers in the water but not many on the beach we had it to ourselves most days. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and they are friendly.
  : I would have like some dressers as at the beach we do not have many clothes to hang and that was they only place to keep clothing. The kitchen cupboards could use those little pads so they don't slam so loudly and some of the hinges looked like they would break off, fortunately they did not. If there was a stand/holder for the pool cues that would also be nice. The shrubs going into the place could be trimmed a bit more, we had to dodge getting scratched by shrubbery.
