  : EVERYTHING ELSE! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!! Good luck getting ahold of management. upon checking in, there were roaches in my room. the front desk staff were wonderful and let me cancel with q full refund and no penalty, heres the problem- its going on THREE WEEKS AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND. booking cannot refund the money without written consent from the property. they have emailed the form MULTIPLE TIMES, no response. we call the hotel daily, the managers not in and we are told to just resend the email. i personally havd both CALLED AND EMAILED THE MANAGER WITH NO REPLY! completely unprofessional. all i want is the respect of a trainer and my money back for a room that was NOT OKAY TO STAY IN
