  : The rooms, beach, restaurants all of a good standard.
  : In the morning we spent our time at the kids splash park but come lunch time there was no where in that area that we could grab something simple for the kids to snack or eat or even drink. It was either back the main hotel for buffet or a restaurant up one of the many hilly walks with push chair in toe. A small gripe but it was a daily chore. Also the kids club was of a poor standard it looked ok but staff and facilities were lack lustre. No premium drinks at the bars

  : Good Food Variety: The selection and taste of the food was one of the few positives during our stay.
  : Not Worth the Cost: The fee we paid did not align with the services and amenities provided, making the experience not only disappointing but also unjustifiably expensive. Poor Room Quality: We initially booked the family premium connection room and were dismayed to find it in the basement with an unpleasant moldy smell, and a laundry room on the same floor. Unhelpful Staff: Upon requesting a room change, we were offered a downgraded option that we had no choice but to accept. Cleanliness: The replacement rooms were not clean; we even found mold next to the air conditioning systems. Inadequate Amenities: The mini-bar was almost empty, and the overall quality of the facilities was very low. Beach and Pool Area: The beach was too small, and finding a free sunlounger was almost impossible. The pool was also small and crowded. Low-Quality Drinks: The beverages available at the bars were of very low quality. Kid Space and Aqua Park: These amenities were inconveniently located far from the main building, and the aqua park closed early at 5 pm. Delayed Cab Service: Waiting times for the cab service to the aqua park or infinity pool were unnecessarily long. Poor Housekeeping: Sheets and towels were not changed during our stay. Communication Barrier: Very few staff members spoke English, making it difficult to communicate.

  : The food in the main restaurant was excellent. The hotel service was perfect, the people were all very friendly. Our children liked the different activities of the hotels.
  : The room cleaning was poor. The furnitures in the room were old, and need to be replaced. The rooms need some refurbishment.
