  : The staff from Bolivia is very nice :) Honestly, it's not his fault that the place is so horrible.
  : I don't know where to begin!First of all, I think Booking.com has never checked this "hotel". Really, I've been using Booking.com for more than 10 years now and I can't believe they accept "something like this". It'd be good making some quality control, for sure none of you would ever sleep there.I entered my room and went straight to the bathroom: there was a condom inside the toilet! They hadn't cleaned the room, they hadn't flushed. There was a half-smoked cigarette in the window. As if someone had just left. Well, they put me in a room on the first floor. I looked outside my window and there was a man smoking in the yard, next to my window (where the chair is in my pic). It felt as if he was smoking inside my room. That was repeated along the night. And I couldn't leave the window or curtains open, as he could see me (my window faced the "lovely backyard" that can be seen in my pictures). Honestly, it was impossible to take pictures of everything that was dirty, broken, in bad condition, because it was EVERYTHING!As per my pics, my window faced rubbish, literally. And the odour was unbearable. To my surprise, yesterday I happened to see the biggest rat in my life. Not a mouse, I've seen many. A huge rat (size like a small rabbit). I don't know if it's the hotel's pet, it could be! The rat was around all that rubbish. I saw it twice in the backyard, under the piece of tin. Today in the morning I found a baby cockroach on the table. I can't keep on mentioning every detail because it's endless!!! Worst of all, the price is similar to what I've paid for nice 3* hotels in Bologna and other cities.

  : If I compare all the apartments in Italy we stayed in, so this hotel is at the last place. The location is not far from the center but at the same time it awfully smells near the hotel like somebody regularly use this street as a toilet.In the room it was really dirty and the towels were with someones hair on it. When you look from the rooms window,you see a lot of garbage in the yard, so it is even not possible to let the fresh air in.The price is very high for such conditions.

  : The location wasn't great I didn't feel safe at all. Not as advertised, we had to pay extra for parking and there was nothing on the website about it before booking. Rats running under the windows outside so make sure you close the windows just in case and leaving car there behind the gate which is not very secure anyway might end bad if the rat decides to bite any cables in your car. You could smell the bins as all were full so you had to rush taking all your bags out. We had Police coming before 8 in the morning checking all rooms and documents which as you can imagine was vary uncomfortable, having shower coming out wrapped with towel and speaking to Police looking for documents. Definitely not the best experience. Then the owner or the manager blocking our car co we had to wait and delay our leave because we had to way till they are finished so he could move his car.
