  : The woman at the front desk at check-in and other workers were very helpful. The room itself, was just okay. However, the bed was comfortable and the hotel's location near to the highway as well as the room rate were primary selling points.
  : The toilet/shower was a handicapped one. That was okay, but the rubber mat on the floor was quite rough, uncomfortable to stand on. One of the bedside lamps did not work and it took awhile to get it going. The power went off a couple of times. The TV was hard to get going and the manager (I think he was the manager) remarked to me and to one of the workers that it was because I did not know how to operate the smart TV. His worker also had a hard time getting it going. The manager did later apologize for that inappropriate comment.

  : I left a Dimond earing , didn't notice until I was back on the highway , I left it on the table next to the bed . The staff was very very rude to me . I really really would like my earing back . I 100% know where I left it at .

  : No Air conditioning throughout the hotel. It was hot and sticky. However rooms air worked
  : Ordered pizza from local deliveries. Pizza guy gave my pizza to random stranger in lobby and didn’t bring to my room. Waited two hours for replacement

  : The room I had last week, June 30, 2024, was in good condition, but the room I had today was in very used shape. Today, July 6 2024.
  : The room was not in good condition. Some lights are not working patch spots done on walls, not finished. The old toilet in the bathroom needs one like you had in the first room. I stayed in a week ago senior type, tub in old condition. Sink water is not working had to remove faucet end and clean debri out to work.
