: The apartment was really spatious and had all necessary equipment, only the water cooker was apparently not ok, because it started to stink a lot, when I turned it on.Everything was clean and there is a big outdoor space with tables and benches, which is certainly useful for families that want to cook and eat together.
: The beds were uncomfortable - old mattresses apparently. My back still hurts a bit.I also didn't like the communication with the owners. When we arrived, there was no one to be found and then a girl came and just gave us the key. The third day, the owner (a woman) stumbled upon us and told us that we should have given her our documents and paid in advance, on the first day. That wouldn't have been a problem, had someone just told us. She said that that all is defined on Booking, but that wasn't true. The booking confirmation just stated "payment is handled by the property".Also, there were supposed to be 4 of us, but 2 friends couldn't come due to corona-related complications. We asked in advance (a couple of weeks before arrival) if they could adjust the price because of that. They just replied, in very bad Croatian, that we booked like that and it isn't possible. Since "payment is handled by the property" I don't see how that would have been an issue. And as opposed to most other properties, who allow free cancelation/adjustment, this one didn't. Which is ridiculous in corona times. That says a lot about them...Another, maybe minor, thing is the parking spot. There is only room for 4 cars in the shade and some guests came with 3 cars. I think it would have been fair for the owners to tell those guests that they can't leave all cars in the shade, since there is no room left for other guests...well just one more car and there have been some others.
