  : Location overlooking the bay was great. Gardens and pools good. Guest suites large. Staff pleasant.
  : Uncomfortable metal four poster which rattled every time you moved. Rubbish in bathroom bin from previous occupant. No pool service (there is an outside bar). No help with sun beds and umbrellas. No tea/coffee in rooms. Old fashioned food offering. Hard work trying to get a cocktail or a cup of tea. Could be gorgeous place but needs a visit from the Hotel Inspector to bring it up to its 5 star billing.

  : The location is nice, some staff were lovely but not enough to counter the bad experiences unfortunately.
  : 2 thousand euros is a lot of money to pay for staff to be rude. I consider myself a very polite and quiet hotel guest but the rudeness towards me still occurred. I would never recommend this place to my family and friends and strongly encourage people not to stay here. Its not 5 stars, I dont know how it can be rated this way. Beds are very uncomfortable, can hear everything in adjoining rooms and the hallway. The pools dont appear to be cleaned regularly or properly. Taxi information provided by the hotel was misleading with significant context left out (your taxi can be stolen by other people at any time and theres nothing you can do about it). I asked the signage about this be changed to manage peoples expectations and 72 hours later when I left it wasnt. I missed a dinner reservation for a location a 4 minute drive away after trying to get a taxi for two hours (I couldnt walk for medical reasons). Once it was too late staff said this was always a possibility but thats not on the signage and not what I was told. I went to reception after a second instance of a staff member being rude to me (tried to give the benefit of the doubt after the first occasion). I was told I could speak to the manager the following day when I was checking out as they were not there at the time. I chose not to because I had no confidence my complaints would be taken seriously or actioned. Its such a shame the great staff here are let down by management and other members of staff who dont seem to care about guests having a good experience.

  : Most things. Dirty pools which werent cleaned for the duration of our 7 night stay. We werent able to use them as a result. Mould, algae and sand around and inside pools.Breakfast was horrendous. Ive had better in 3 star hotels. Cheap, low quality produce. Buffet was not at all as advertised. Extremely poor.Room was not clean or up to 5* standard. Mosquitos squished into the walls and an uncomfortable bed. Bathroom was dark, dingy and poorly lit with a shower that lacked water pressure and persistently jumped from very hot to very cold. The gym was like from 1970s and not usable. Sauna and outdoor shower were filthy. Steam room not working and also filthy. No lights to indoor pool area making evening use impossible. Relaxation areas were tired and broken with old dirty sun loungers. Nothing was ever cleaned. Holes in walls everywhere exposing electrical wires which are extremely hazardous. Dinner in main restaurant severely overpriced. Nothing home made. There was never a life guard on duty as advertised by their working hours. No outdoor bar area to get snacks or refreshments. This hotel barely deserves 3 stars. The 4 star hotel we looked out on always had staff walking their pool area offering drinks and food. Petit cala fornells hat nobody. There was also no concierge available to take our luggage to our room.The indoor bar area with snooker table had no staff. Outdoor lighting is insufficient to walkways making steps to the road hazardous.Extremely unhappy with my stay and feel cheated by the hotel. I am requesting a substantial refund.

  : It was quite unique with different swimming pools and only beds for say 4-6 people at each.
  : No yea facilities in the room. You need to wait for breakfast for your first cup of tea.
