: The size of the property, location. There were Facilities at the property not advertised, i.e. iron and hairdryer. The agent was very obliging when asking if we could have an early check-in and a late checkout which she was able to arrange for us for an additional 30
: Overall, the property was clean, i.e. floors and surfaces. This property could definitely benefit from a deep clean. Collecting keys bed, lining, and towels from agent and having to make up the beds. This is particularly difficult if you do not have a car As the property was a 45 minute walk away from the agent.

: The en-suite was a double sink in the main bedroom and bed was comfortable enough.
: the outdoor area was very tired and un-appealing. We never used it. The chairs and table need updating or re-painting. Terrible facilities. The toaster was broken. There was no Iron! We needed this to go to a wedding and no hair dryer either?! The owners lived downstairs but spoke no English.

: It's a nice, spacious, comfortable upper floor of a villa. It has a well equipped kitchen and a nice terrace. The owners, an elderly couple lived downstairs.
: We had to collect the keys from a property manager in Llafranc which wasn't convenient. They gave us what they called a miserly "welcome package" which consisted of a miniature toilet roll, a tiny bottle of shower gel, a small cleaner sponge, a dish cloth and a plastic bag. When we got into the property the fridge and the hob were switched off and we couldn't figure out how to switch them on. We got no help by calling the property managers. Eventually the elderly disabled owner and he arrived with his son. They spent about an hour until they could show us how the hob worked but weren't sure about the fridge. They said someone would come in the morning to fix it.The following day we found the toaster didn't work. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Unfortunately the toilet in the second didn't flush and was useless. There were no kitchen tea towels, toilet rolls, bin liners, rubbish bags or shower gel providedThere should have been attention paid to ensuring everything was working before we arrived. It was all an unnecessary stress for us.
