  : The shower was a lot of fun (sound and special light effects). The host is very kind, helpful and responds quickly to the questions. The place is extremely well located.
  : The only negative point is that bathroom was smelly.

  : Can use a better method for transportation with taxi to airport, while they provided a ride as promised for a 4:30am pick up I had to wait outside so the taxi could see me, 4:30 in the morning in Palermo isnt pretty as dozens of shady characters are walking the streets, in my case I had an incident with someone who kept asking me for money and kept coming closer and closer to me to the point that I needed to shove him away as I felt he was definitely trying to rob me, luckily he realized I wasnt having no part of that, but others might not have been so lucky, other than that Palermo was what I expected

  : Emannuelle was an excellent host! He helped us reach out to the next hotel because there was a train workers strike schedulled for the next day. Also, location was excellent! Not far from train station or the main sites.

  : Our host, Emanuelle, was very helpful to us and patient with our questions. The location is superb-- easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Palermo. It was a very doable walk from the train station. Set back a few steps from the main pedestrian street, via Maqueda, this small, boutique BnB is nicely designed and modern looking. The room and bathroom were very well equipped-- mini fridge, kettle, and plenty of electrical outlets. The bathroom was fully equipped, and everything was immaculately clean. Our room opened onto the passing street, which had traffic (pedestrian, cycle, cars, horses) but never bothered us. At night, it was very quiet. We very much liked the digital padlock at the front door with our own personal entry code. The room key was the typical RFID card. The room was airy, good AC, and bright.
  : Really nothing. I would advise prospective guests that the rooms are on 1st floor (ie up one flight from street level) and are accessible by stairs. I f you absolutely could not climb steps, be forewarned.
