  : In town, close to everything.Loved the balcony to see views of back street.Friendly employees, went out of their way to help you, calling cabs, etc.
  : Only wished there could of been a choice of hard boiled eggs for breakfast and more of fresh fruit.I know cold cuts in the AM are a staple in Italy for protein, but having eggs would of helped with the same pastries every day.

  : Don't know if we had luck with the neighbors but our room was pretty quiet. The location is amazing. Close to everything but quiet. It was a nice spacious room on the top floor with a cute rooftop balcony. Furniture was a bit broken here and there but the room itself was cozy. We really liked it. The staff was nice and helpful
  : The breakfast has a wide variety of sweet options, and less salty/heathy options. It's also a bit weird that there is a buffet, but you have to ask the staff to bring it to you.

  : It took 3 hours for someone to come and let us into our room. Very stressful we rang and they only spoke Italian. They said they lost the booking we messaged them several times confirmed our arrival time. Other guests had the same problem Very disappointed.

  : Location is great , 1-2 minutes walking from the Cathedral, clean room, comfortable bed, was able to find parking decently close though needs a ZTL pass. Federico was nice
  : We were given a room in different building that didn.t look anything like in the pictures though seemd smaller ,was newly renovated and looked good. Problem was that the walls between our room and the next room where so thin that we could hear everything especially the neighbours kid yelling at too early or too late hours...Breakfast - lots of sweets which were good , very good croissants ,but beside that 5 days in a row and the only " food" ( and by food i mean not sweets ) was either pizza in some days or ham and cheese in the others

  : very kind host. offered gluten free breakfast for the wife. central location. free parking nearby.
  : The sheets on our bed were not suitable for that mattress, so we found ourselves rearranging it during the night, preventing us from getting enough rest.

  : Breakfast was great, host very friendly and welcoming (it was 40+ degrees outside and we got immediately offered fresh water once we arrived). The balcony view was really typical italian and romantic :)
  : The air conditioner in the parents room worked weirdly. It was not comfortable to sleep in front of it, while it was working. It was not up the wall, but straight next to the bed, in middle of the wall.

  : The location was ideal and within walking distance of most interesting places in Palermo The staff was friendly and understanding of our concerns
  : I had a problem with the shower because it had mold and not the kind of clean I wanted but the owner changed my room the next day and the other room was very spacious and clean. He had misunderstood my concerns about the shower but we were able to resolve it amicably.
