  : Good location, spacious rooms, cleanliness.
  : Preparation of the accommodation was not perfect, because we arrived with five people, but the bed was only prepared for four. The smell of the perfume was too strong. Noisy at night, after midnight the garbage delivery was very disturbing.

  : The, apartment was very clean, the bedrooms were spacious and airy, and the kitchen contained everything needed for our seven-night stay. An ample supply of coffee in the fridge was a much appreciated touch. The apartment is on the third floor so the lift was invaluable, especially when carrying heavy suitcases at the beginning and end of the period. The location is ideal, close to buses, train, and metro, and with a variety of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Claudia is easily contactable and very helpful.
  : Whilst the bedrooms were spacious, the apartment really isnt well-suited to a longish stay for four adults as there really isnt a sitting area, just a sofa in the kitchen/eating area.

  : The host was efficient and friendly albeit via phone. The flat is lovely - beautifully finished and well equipped. The location is in a safe area with restaurants and shops nearby. It is easy to get a bus to the historic quarter (about 10-15 mins away). We managed to park our hired car in nearby free spots fairly easily (in August) although we did have to drive round the block a couple of times.
  : The flat is gorgeous but it was a bit noisy through the night. There is double glazing and shutters and it's three floors up (there's a lift!) but the sound of the bin lorries every night at 4am takes a little getting used to if you are not accustomed to city traffic noise. I was a little surprised there was no welcome groceries pack - in other countries we usually find a little pack of bread, eggs and milk or some such - not a big thing but a nice gesture. The flat itself really is lovely, however, if I was going back to Siciliy I'm not sure I'd locate myself in Palermo - as it doesn't have any nice beaches itself and is quite a trek to the star attractions like Roman Villa and Valley of Temples etc. You definitely need a car and a willingness to drive long distances (6 hours) each day.

  : The staff and especially Claudia were exceptionally kind and helpful. It was very clean and the interior design was very inviting and cozy - one sees it was arranged with much care and attention, it definitely had a home feeling. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and one can sleep well with an open window. The apartment is located approximately 20 minutes by foot from the main sightseeing spots.
  : There was some sort of a pump that got activated, whenever water was used. The sound of the pump was pretty loud. During the day it is fine, but sometimes at night if one is still sleepy and forgets that the pump is there, one can get quit startled. That being said, t's definitely a minor thing.
