  : Very well appointed apartment for an extended stay. Much detail given to supplies and making guests comfortable.
  : The apartment was a bit too cold for my liking. I suspect the time of year ( mid March) plus a heating system that was not up to the task of adequately heating such a space created some discomfort. The folks attended to the issue as best they could with extra blankets for the evening.

  : The apartment was stylish, immaculately clean and equipped with everything you might need. Great team on hand to help with any questions or requests. Perfect location too, everything was in easy walking distance.

  : Location was excellent. Could easily walk to the old town and to most of the main attractions. Also easy access to well-stocked grocery stores nearby as well as restaurants. Being on the fourth floor, we could get a glimpse of Monte Pellegrino from the living room window. We were glad to have a safe in the apartment to store valuables. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed having the option of trying out some of the Planeta wines during our stay.
  : Although we enjoyed the apartment, it is not meant for a stay of more than 5 nights, especially if one likes to cook. It would be useful to have short instructions on paper on how to use the kitchen machines (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave) for those who are not familiar with the machines (there were original manuals for the first two items in one of the cupboards). Earplugs would also be highly advisable for light sleepers.
