  : Close to all amenities. Modern room.
  : Staicases. We were on top level with nil lift. Needed to carry our luggage up and down. Air-conditioning was below standard extremely hot wasn't able to cool the room sufficiently.

  : Location is super and right in the center of Palermo.
  : The staff poorly addressed all the issues we had. It felt like this was a new object for them and we had to pay for the child deceases. From terrible smells of sewage next to our room and a breakdown of electricity. We lost 2 days dealing with moving and endless waiting for the team to respond or take action. In the new apartment the bed made so much cracking sound that it disrupted our nights of sleep. Then I received messages for other guests via their WhatsApp business account that were not meant for me. What a mess. We asked for a reasonable compensation but 10% was the answer. They muted communication ever since.

  : Could not get a better location! Check in was easy, breakfast was at a hotel nearby, and delicious!
  : There were no utensils in the shared kitchen (we had to go borrow a bottle opener from one of the properties on the lower levels). And the shower flooded on our first night, upon cleaning up we saw towels under the vanity, so looked like a recurring issue

  : The location was amazing! I was right near the city centre and I think I had the best view with the balcony. I was really happy with the location and view.
  : The aircon was working on and off and the kettle and tea/coffee facilities were empty, there was only sugar sachets. Unfortunately the bathroom was quite dirty. Im the toilet hadnt been cleaned properly and you could see the stains which were really unpleasant, there was mould growing and stains in the shower. I understand as a guest you have the right to let the staff know but the bathroom and toilet standards at a bare minimum shouldnt be like this in the first place. They offer daily cleaning which is fine but again, my expectations are when you hire a hotel or a roomThe room should be clean and spotless upon arrival. I shouldnt have to let the staff know as a bare minimum. The hotel is on the fourth floor of the building and there is no lift so please be aware of this if you have large luggage. I also felt that I was being harassed a few days leading up to my stay, the staff were messaging me on WhatsApp asking how I was getting to the accomodation. They were persistent that I book a taxi with them for 50 which I appreciated but I think this may have been a commission tactic.

  : Brillant location, beside busy streets with lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful
  : There are 6 flights of stairs up to the room with no lift. The air con is below average and is not strong for the summer months. The room overlooked the busy street so it can get quite noisy.
