  : We loved the terrace and the pool, both very big spaces where you can enjoy the day! The breakfast was lovely with fresh fruits, homemade products and good coffee. Airconditioning was great in the room and nice towels. You can park easily at the property. From there, the port is only a 20 min walk away where you can go on a boat tour. Beaches are also at walking distance, as is the center of Palinuro with nice restaurants. We didnt know how to speak Italian, but we definitely received a warm welcome and had a great stay! Would definitely recommend. Grazie!

  : Beautiful house, great rooms and decor, super clean. Very helpful staff, great breakfast. our room was huge and I would have bought the furniture and deci, I liked it so much. Amazing terrace and pool.
  : Staff was away most of the time after breakfast, so that leaving luggage or else was not possible for us. The shower was tiny and wobbly, and hot water supply a bit unreliable.

  : This was the highlight of my 10days napoles-amalfi-cilento trip: The house is from a rich person made by a somewhat famous architect many years ago according to an excuisite taste and style. It is made of superior materials with perfect finishing through and through, and this is continued in the design and furniture. Every detail is perfectly maintained. Rarely seen such thing. We paid end of June / beginning of July only 80 for one night (will be much more in top season), and I regreted not having stayed there 3 nights. Walking to a good beach and to the center is very close, and parking is free and safe. The matrass was a dream, the japanese decoration and pictures very appealing. It was silent, and the room temperature is very good even it was hot outside, due to the good building structure. we did not use the pool almost, but it is also nice to have that if you stay longer. breakfeast is a bit basic but good. the "public" areas are all nice. Be aware that of hundred accomodations I am staying at, maybe not more than 10% get a 9.
  : the staff is friendly but not so professional, which, however, is not a big problem if you know what you want. they convey the impression that they do not really desperately need customers, which may be true, and which I can accept. Once you break the "ice" it is different ;-) you have to carry your luggage by yourself up/down the long stairs... that was tyring since I had heavy stuff. it is not the place to interact with many people (3 rooms if I am right, and only 1 or 2 staff members); it is very quiet and it is rather the feeling of a villa that you have for yourself alone.

  : We really enjoyed the lovely breakfast, the roof top terrance, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The location was close to town and within close proximity to many wonderful beaches. Parking was available and the pool was nice and quiet.
  : Nothing. We didn't spend much time in the pool however, the hosts were particular about pool.

  : Great location, can walk to local beach and into town. Friendly service, and nice breakfast.
  : Towel change was only every 3 days unless you pay extra. Seems odd, just add it into the main cost. Internet didn't work in our room for most of the week long stay, they tried to fix it and it did work briefly but in the end it didn't, so we had to go to the shared central space (which wasn't always open) to use internet. They were apologetic (gave us a bottle of wine) so they did try, but it was frustrating.
