  : The staff and location are great.
  : I always stay at this location and have a pleasant stay. This time, the treadmill didn't work, the hairdryer in the room (416) didn't work, and we found a women's pair of black underwear tucked in the towels in the bathroom. Also, this was the 1st we were going to use the pool, but they had NO shade, umbrellas, etc, only 2 lounge chairs that looked like they were disintegrating, and flimsy plastic chairs. New Samsung tvs are nice, but no instructions or guide in the room to let us know how to use it to watch local channels. Also, there were no sheets, blankets, pillows for pullout couch. With all this, we really had no desire to even check out the breakfast, did not have high hopes. Repairs are desperately needed and a thorough strip down and cleaning of every room. And put some umbrellas out by the pool, this sun is brutal.

  : The place is called "Comfort SUITES". The rooms are not suites! The heater in the pool was not regulated and it was a little warm for summer time swimming.

  : It was free so that is all I can say.
  : The room was very dirty and the carpet was filthy, pee on the toilet, and the staff was not very helpful. We called and they told us our room was ready and when we got there, they said it was not. So they put us in another room, and it was not clean and had an odor. We were on a time crunch and needed the room, so we had no choice but to stay. I would not recommend this hotel if you cared about cleanliness.
