Pool and area around it kept clean.Nice surroundings with garden setting. Well away from main road. Comfortable clean room which was well maintained by cleaning staff and plenty of fluffy towelspatio or balcony to sit onAll staff are friendly and helpfulSupermarket across the road and also Panda Express and Dominoes

  : The included breakfast includes a hot option where you order and the chef prepares it freshly. Nice idea but with a full hotel it would be a wait. My eggs sausage and hash browns were oily. Prefer the help yourself hot options in previous BW hotels

  : 1- The staff was very friendly and kind.2- The breakfast was good
  : 1- The bed sheets had makeup on them, it was too late to call the front desk to ask for a change of sheets or room.2- Outside of our room there was several boxes of someone's personal belongings, as if they were evicted. These boxes were opened and were strewn all over the place. This was from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. It was very unsightly and not very appeasing. I have pictures.3- The trash cans were overflowing, and looked like they hadn't been emptied in over one week. There was one or two bags of trash outside of the trash can, with trash all over the floor.4- My best friends elderly mother has stayed there on numerous occasions, and recommended it to me. I am worried for her safety from now on and asked her to choose another hotel.
