  : Convenient location and nice property. Good variety of pools. Room was clean, spacious. Staff was pleasant.
  : Would have preferred a room not way in the back by the little pool. Had to drive my car up front to go to the better pools. Wish u had onsite nice restaurant like you used to. What happened? Covid is over.

  : We were there for a family reunion and birthday party or I would not have chosen this property
  : Not enough shaded areas. No air conditioning in elevators. No restaurants on facility sight. Someone charged a drink and Dip n Dots at Chuckwall to my room the first day I arrived. Staff took care of it. It was very disconcerting to have someone forge my name, (wrong spelling) use my room number and sign (not my signature )

  : The room was clean and spacious. We did have the two bedroom Villa.
  : 1. We stayed in the 2900 building (from Thursday 6/20 to Sunday 6/23), which is a bit of walking distance to the main pool.. You have to literally walk over to another building, to call and try and catch the shuttle to the pool. To get BACK to your building you have to WALK, In over 105*+ heat, carrying all of your items and we did this with kids. On Friday afternoon my sister got locked out of her room, we just so happened to find her outside her room with no one around to help. She had been walking around locked out for about 10 min already. She couldn’t walk to the pool because she didn’t have anything with her to get in. She didn’t have her phone to call or id, nothing. Tried calling the front desk, was on hold over 20 min trying to get through. I had to walk back to the main pool to go find my niece to get the other key. I made it there and back before anyone connected at the front desk. (Which, we never did). When i first found and asked housekeeping, they told us to keep trying the front desk. 2. Our dryer was not drying the clothes, literally had to dry each load at least 3x. 3. We weren’t given detergent for the dishwasher. 4. We were only given 2 pool towels total. This was our third time at this resort. Would definitely have to reconsider if we aren’t able to get a room close to the main pool. Too much of an inconvenience this time, which is HUGE when it’s HOT and you have children. Yes we don’t mind the heat, what we mind is the inconvenience of having to make the long walking trip back to the room in the heat with no one around to give you a ride. So many golf carts around, yet no one asks you if you’d like a ride. You have to be at one of the shuttle stops to get taken to the pool. At another hotel, you literally can call from YOUR room and request a ride to the lobby or pool. A good cat or shuttle will be there to pick you up. And there are constant shuttles or golf carts to give you a ride back to your building.

  : Wall are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors like they are in your room. This would definitely keep me from coming back.
