  : Great location (near conference centre). Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. I would stay here again.
  : The place was a bit old and tired. There were seveal lamps that didn't work and a number of the electrical outlets didn't work.Only one fob provided for gate to outside which was inconvenient.

  : This location was very good to access film fest and front patio is lovely with morning sun and afternoon shade.
  : There is no place to leave luggage if you arrive without a vehicle before check-in. When we couldn't find an office to check-in, we called and found out we had to drive to Palm Dessert to pick up keys. Had no car. Ridiculous! Access is by code, so completely unnecessary to drive to another town for codes. One key fob for property gate, and no keypad on gate, so four of us had to coordinate access. Communication at time of booking on important specifics like these was very poor. Would not have picked this property with those limitations (especially at this price!) as they required many work-arounds/frustrations for us. Unit is ok but not worth the price paid. Sink, tub, and counter tops have been painted and paint is chipping. baseboards are filthy. If you use all the bath towels, there is an instruction with cost on where to go wash your towels as the washer can only take very small loads. Mattresses have had it.
