  : The place was beautiful and well furnished and well located. Great kitchen and lovely bedrooms.
  : First off, we were told we would have access to the garage...but the keys were not left in the correct location. After calling management they sent out a locksmith with ate up an entire afternoon, and then it turned out the keys had been incorrectly left in a role of toilet paper outside of the house on the terrace. Then after gaining access to the garage, there was a car parking inside, belonging to the owner, meaning we would have to park our vehicle all day long in the hot baking Palm Springs sun. To make things worse, on the last day the electricity was cut off for the entire neighborhood during a planned power outage that we were not informed of, which meant we had to throw away all of our food and could not even cook breakfast. Too much time spent dealing with minor issues distracted from our short weekend getaway
