  : The location was fabulous, the apartment was nicely decorated. We found the check in and out process reasonably easy to do.
  : The bed was quite uncomfortable, we like 2 x pillows each and there was only 1 x pillow each, which was an awful cheap pillow, which was disappointing.

  : Good location. Access to a washing machine (and prompt attention to our calls for help with getting washing out of the washing machine due to our lack of familiarity with how it worked!)
  : It would be useful to have access to the manufacturer's instruction manual for the washing maching machine and dish washer left in a drawer (generally in multiple languages, so would be helpful for variety of guests to the property).

  : Perfect location, great bed and nice decoration. Lots of cafs nearby and interesting things to do. We had a fab weekend.
  : A bit more colour in the lounge area and a long mirror would make it perfect - but really we had a fab time.

  : Perfect location for access to all the hot spots in Palma. A spacious space with two floors. Fully equipped including a washing machine and dishwasher. owner was super nice and i could get prompt response for every requests.
  : it is little hard to load dished on the dish tray of dish washer as it is too high

  : Great location, clean and very comfortable bed.
  : What you see on booking.com is not a true look at what we booked. Apartment 3 bedroom is in a basement with no natural light, and states separate bathroom, which is missing leading. Basin in the bedroom, shower in a separate area with the shower door opening next to the bed, and the toilet in another separate cupboard opening also into the bedroom. Room a little noisy as people walking along the street above you. These rooms should be advertised on booking .com as individual apartments with their own descriptions, and price accordingly. Lucky that the street does quietened down and noise wasnt an issue at night, but no privacy during the day with the window open. Bed super comfortable, and communication with the owner fine. Just thought the money paid for this room was a little over the top. Please note that the other apartments in the premises are all higher and may not have the same issues we found.
