  : direct location on the see line, perfect panorama from the room, and the same time a very quite entwinement. Stuff was very helpful to sort some additional requests. Food and cleanness was excellent.

  : The location and the view from the room was amazing. Suit room was very big, the beds were comfortable, the shower was good. The breakfast was OK, the dinner was amazing. The staff were kind and good, special thanks to Cati and Aliz, they were very sweet with us.
  : The second day of our stay, we have received a note under the door saying do not hang the towels to the balcony glass This wasnt a kind way of saying something, especialy when it wasnt written anywhere in the room and there was no alternative. We put the towels to the back of our chair and it was always wet the next day. The wifi was bad. In the room, it was OK but at the bar, it wasnt good, sometimes there was no internet at all. We had to use VPN to be able to call from whatsapp.

  : Problems with internet and tv in one room, while in the other room everything worked fine, and reception was dismissive. Some meat dishes were undercooked, our feedback was dismissed.

  : Breakfast was great.
  : The hotel had many pluses and a few cons. It did not help our opinion of the hotel that our room flooded with an inch of water from a stopped shower drain the first day. Our luggage got soaked. Mostly we cleaned it up , with a little help from maids, and then the whole inconvenience was ignored. It would have been nice if we had gotten an apology, at the very least. Bedding and towels were poor quality. Front desk people were barely polite, same for breakfast staff. Pool, location, and bar were terrific. I think we were dealing with an exhausted staff that is overworked. We will probably not stay here again, there are a lot of other hotels to try.

  : Breakfast was excellent! Dinner as well! Fresh, nicely prepared, delicious! Bed was very comfortable. Staff was polite, we felt we were being taken care of. Best view of the sea, best beach ever. Live music twice during our stay. Good pool kept wery clean.
  : No coffee making possibility in the room, no toiletry only soap and shower gel ( not a good smell) . Gluten free bakery was served each morning on request (thank you) but each time it was the same. As for sweets people who suffer coliak do not not have a big choice.

  : We loved the location of the hotel next to the promenade and beach - you can walk or cycle miles in each direction along the promenade. It was 15 - 20 mins by bus to Palma city (which is really worth visiting) and 15 mins by taxi to the airport. The sea was beautifully clear and very safe for swimming. Many yachts on the sea which was interesting. We had a fifth-floor Junior Suite at the front of the hotel which was well worth it, the room was a really decent size and the views of the beach and sea, also across to the mountains were amazing. The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food we thought was exceptional quality and also very varied. There is a lovely restaurant terrace close to the pool. The bar area has a very comfortable and attractive two-tiered terrace (which is not really shown in the photos) where you can enjoy lunch or drinks and a view of the sea across the road. The pool is safe and clean and the pool area is very well maintained, there are always sun loungers available, and the pool is not busy. A lovely hotel.
