  : All the staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was good, too. I loved the fact that you had a pool where you were able to swim lengths. I swam every morning . The rooms were spacious with a good-sized balcony.

  : There was no problem with getting into booked room.
  : Noise isolation: your don`t feel any privacy as you can hear everything what`s going on in the corridor and neighbour rooms. Water: - you have to pay for it in the hotel`s restaurant, but...why?! If you gays don`t include water in payed meal, could you please notify in advance, and I`ll pickup other hotel. Or at least provide some drinks as option Air conditioner: workable but old, they don`t provide the proper amount of cold when you need Beach towels: no one will tell you need to pay for them. There was no problem for me to pick up my own towel for beach, but I was thinking this is included to service. Beach policy: probably the hotel staff knows how much you need to pay on the public beach, but they won`t tell you...go and feel surprised Servises: I tried to order flowers though the reception..no luck, sorry In general: we came to Occidental Playa de Palma from Ukraine, having 1,5 year of war with Russia. We were late for 1 day because of queues on Polish border. No one asked us why we are late, and no one proposed any kind of refund or compliment from the hotel.

  : Swimming pool was good and availability of sun beds. Food was also good and lots to choose from.
  : Room needs improvement. Shower old and needs replacing. Not alot of room to get around the bed. No where near as nice as the Barcelo in Gran Canaria. Entertainment was mainly in German. Nothing in English.

  : Lovely staff. All very helpful and friendly.
  : Checking in was an abysmally slow process. Have never come across a hotel that slow before. Room was very dated and decor shabby around the edges. Restaurant and bar not far behind. Noise transfer between rooms was quite impressive. The hotel reception was the only smart bit.

  : We really like the selection of the food,it was tasty and they offered light options as well.The locations is superb, 5 minitues walk from the beach,the airport is about 8 minutes by car.The design of the hotel is really nice too.Maria in the resturant is superb,cheerful and attentive.The reception team is very helpful as well.
  : The bar's staff were far the worst what I ever experienced! Both indoor and outdoor.We were nothing but friendly and nice to them, we even took our dirty glasses back to the bar to help them.My partner has a little knowledge of spanish and He try to do his best to order drinks in spanish, He swapped a word and said it wrong the order and the bar staff made fun of him in a malicious way.Their attitude were the same during our stay, felt like they looking down on us and made us feel bad whenever we ordered they were making faces.They were extremly rude, unfriendly to us.But in the other hand they were all nice,smiley and helpful to native ppl ,as We saw the native ppl would even get bigger sized drinks (sangria),We got in a wine glass other people in Gin Goblet glass.We really did not appriciate the difference of treatment between spanish and foreigner people.All the guests should be treated equally, we paid a lot of money for this holiday,so at least the minimum would be treating us equally.

  : The property played loud music until late and I had a 7 year old that couldnt sleep, it was occupied by lots of drunk people making so much noise until late
