  : So when we got here as you can see they do have a pool it says on the website that the microwave is in the room that they have Wi-Fi and that you're able to watch HBO and ESPN none of that is true the pool was not working the Halls was dirty the whole entire time as if the housekeepers were so ready to go at the end of the day they forgot the dump the trash at each stairs and if they did dump the trash at each stairs they just took the bag out near the trash and left it there the hallways were constantly filthy no one was mopping or sweeping the hallways had trash that I seen in the hallways when I first got there still there when I left my ice machine was broke the internet didn't work couldn't use it cuz it said it was too many people on the internet or at one point the password started not to be available because said that someone had may have changed the password I just feel like all of this for the price that I paid I should have been able to utilize the immunities better been able to use the pool it was over 105 the whole time I was here when I first got here I had an issue with my room not being clean had feces on the toilet the bathroom was not clean like no one even cleaned the bathroom I was scared to lay on the bed wasn't for sure if that was changed with new sheets so I had to go downstairs the first day and let them know about that they had attitude of course roaches in the room the room already looks like it's two steps away from if you drop a piece of food on the floor there's going to be roaches coming out so with that being said we was already on edge then sure enough my kids seeing some roaches that quickly left our room and went into the hallway toilets and rooms were constantly overflowing the hallway stunk very smelly I bought bleach so every time you entered in my room you can tell the difference between you being in the hallway and being in my room my room was cleaner than the hallway smell I could only imagine what...
  : But once I got my room cleaned up with my hands and my cleaning products things weren't so bad of course and all the things that were bad we just pushed through it'll be nice with all the money that's spent with these hotels if I could get a free stay for all the ones that were very shitty and I've paid $9 to $800 for each room and for multiple day so it definitely would be nice to get some sort of reimbursement or even just a free state it would be nice as well cuz man somebody's hotels say one thing on their website and don't deliver exactly what they're saying and you can't say nothing because you already paid your money and they've already gotten your money not only did I pay $900 to get in this room but it was not on the website that I had to leave a $60 cash deposit

  : I had a very loud air wall air conditioner that I had to constantly tap for it to quiet down some to get any sleep
