  : The digital code lock on the door was very convenient because it allowed for everyone to come and go without worrying about having a key. The location was very close to the beach so it was easy enough for anyone to walk there without the need to drive and park. The house was modern and had nice configuration & finishes which makes it possible for 2 families to easily share the space. The owner provided a storage closet with plenty of beach comforts including chairs and umbrellas
  : The BBQ grill wasn't clean and was full of debris on the bottom of the fire box which meant that everything we tried to cook would burn so we were forced to clean it out ourselves before continuing to use it. The house had a couple of pluming leaks that were addressed by the maintenance staff during our stay but one of them wasn't resolved which meant we couldn't use the shower in one of the bathrooms since it caused a leak from the ceiling in the master bedroom. The pool was too small for the amount of homes it supports and it didn't seem to be kept clean by any sort of cleaning crew so often there was garbage left lying around. Also, there were no lounging chairs or even much space on the deck for lounging chairs if you brought your own. With this being a beach house, the floors were constantly gritty and dirty. While the owners left a vacuum and a broom, the broom was filthy and there wasn't a mop to go with it if you wanted to try and keep the floors clean.
