  : Location was great, right on the beach and with a pool! Parking and accessibility was very convenient. The unit had three bedrooms and a spacious living/dining space which suited our families needs. The view was amazing and coffee out on the balcony was a great way to start the day.
  : Since we were only there a few days, shopping for toilet paper, coffee filters, salt and pepper, etc. wasn’t ’t very cost effective. Would have been nice to have more toilet paper and towels for the 5 of us but it was nice that someone checked on us after the first night and offered assistance if needed. There are some things in the unit that need repair. The broken door to the guest bathroom was a challenge. Would also be great if there were some movies and games or cards and books. Some of the other VRBO rentals have had some and it helps for those rainy days, which we had.

  : The condo needs updated badly. Paint needs redone on the interior, all furniture is very dated and very uncomfortable, we left a day early because the bed was so old and uncomfortable. This condo needs a lot of work, it definitely was not what we were expecting out of the penthouse.

  : The fact that they would rent such a room that looked like it was furnished from furniture they found on the side of the road and please remove penthouse from the name

  : The view was breathtaking!
  : There where light bulbs out over the tub and shower in the main bathroom. The tub needed cleaning before use in the bathroom as well. Blankets had stains on the inside of them. The unit had food still on the floors in places. Definitely could use a good deep clean. Unfortunately I didn’t bother with pictures of the room. I highly suggest this!! There was damage to the home according to an email received of a broken picture that was never even seen by the three main adults staying in home.
