  : Only the ice cream and access to beach
  : We hated our rooms... bathroom was horrible with sour smelling shower curtains, tiles in bathrooms has brown watermarks...... couch and chair in den were horrible old and nasty looking... fridge had rust running down on door. Patio door would not hardly open... it took two people to try to pull patio door open.

  : I didnt like how you can hear everything. Janitor came to our room before we even had to check out. No one at the front desk were helpful.

  : -The shower nozzle's were clogged. -There was no whirlpool tub in unit. -There was no hand held shower nozzle. -The living room furniture was uncomfortable. -There was no paper towels in kitchen. -There was no Keurig Coffee pot available. -The water shut itself off one day while we were out and when we came in the shower and get ready to go out with friends there was no water. So we had to figure out what was wrong. Calling the service and desk resulting in leaving voice mails, A trip to the front desk had no results. Very disappointing. Finally after multiple calls, got through to the service and they were able to get water back on. Never seen the maintenance man the front desk said they would send. -The hot tub was out of service our entire stay and had to go across the street to the other tub, which was very crowded and hard to get a spot. -Only 1 pool was warm enough to be comfortable, again it was across the street. -The elevators were not dependable.
