  : I liked the location of the property. Had a short ride to all the attractions. The staff was very very nice and hard working.
  : I didn’t like the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Also our door lock had to be changed. It locked us out of our room twice. There was a few power outlets out and the sink dripped profusely. Just some things they need to tend to over time but it wasn’t a horrible stay.

  : This was our second time staying here. It's not a bad place it is right on the beach. The hotel needs to be updated on some furniture but over all it's great for the price
  : The sofa they are nasty this is my 2nd room we've stayed in and the sofa's are nasty you do not want to sit on them at all.

  : Bed was comfy and pillows were better than a lot of hotels. Location was good.
  : First off, let me say, we knew we weren’t staying at a 5-star place. I’ve been going to FL multiple times/year for 10 years! My friend and I also have 26 years combined experience in (older) property management. But the staff here doesn’t really care if you have an issue, enjoy your stay or exist for that matter! Brief summary: there no hair dryer in our room and when we questioned we were told “oh you don’t have one? Well we don’t have any extra” so we purchased our own to use, bedroom a/c didn’t cool (set to 60 entire time)- went to bed hot every night (after a few encounters with staff we knew better than to even report it), floor around toilet was gross, towel bar was balanced on wall, had to ask for towels every time we needed, as no one cleaned our room during 4 day stay, sheet on pullout sofa looked dirty (cushions gross too) & last night there we awoke at 3am to an alarm in mechanical room (going off every 10-15 seconds) and when we checked out at 5:30am the guy didn’t know what it was but said “I called his manager but they don’t come in until 7” (no apology nor concern). We love PCB but we were never so happy to check out of a hotel! That alarm was strike 3 for us on this trip.
