: Quiet and very peaceful. The air conditioning and refrigerator cooled amazingly well. The washing machine and dryer was a life saver.
: Not enough towels or sheets. You paid five dollars a person for wristbands to play the games, but are not furnished the materials for the kids to play the games with. The beach is quite a distance away. The staff couldnt give us any information or help. You had to contact the owner. We couldnt reach the owner. We even emailed and didnt get a response.

: The room was super clean and updated towels were stocked very nice great distance to the beach and on the top floor balcony u get a tiny beach view which was my favorite part to sit on the chair and watch the waves! Also when u text the number they respond very quickly im still waiting for Meredith to call me back about my rental car getting damaged on the property she hasnt called me yet but other then that they have been very responsive to messages and calls
: I didn't like that they did not mention the room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator my mom is handicap and it was so hard getting her up and down the stairs. Once u made it into the condo u had to go up more stairs to get to what was our bed it had no tv or bathroom up stairs so when u had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night u had to run down stairs very dangerous. The beds were the worst beds i have every slept on i had to go buy mattress toppers for my bed and my mothers and the security is horrible he was so rude to me amd my mom just because we asked what time the pool closed and he said 11 amd i strictly enforce all the rules amd we was like ok that's great amd he just kelp on amd on like we was there breaking them and there was a lot of ppl around amd he was raising his voice ppl were staring very very unprofessional! The pull out couch did not come with amy sheets or covers so i messaged the company after waiting until 1:40 am they finally bring 2 flat sheets amd 2 twin comforters the bed was a queen and they said we will get u more in the morning and they never. Ever brought any! The couple under us kelp hollar and cussing at there kids at the pool from there balcony which was annoying but no big deal
