  : This is not what I paid for. I am disappointed in the room. I specified 2 adults and and a 15 year old and a 9 year old. The room slept three people. It said it had a washing machine, it didn’t have one. This was my third time staying here, this was not a vacation. The room was not what I signed up for. I have never been so disappointed in my life as I was when we got to this one room. This was supposed to be a gift for my daughter who graduated highschool. The room was partly dirty, it had hair balls and trash left on the carpet where it wasn’t vacuumed properly if at all. There was a ball under the bed trash at the corner of the bed and trash on top of the fridge. The toaster was dirty and the microwave still had leftover food in it and on it. The cleaner didn’t leave the any sheets for the fold out love seat that slept one person not two like it suggested. The cleaner also didn’t leave wristbands or parking pass. They left three towels for a whole week of vacation, luckily I brought some. It had two forks and no table to eat at inside the room. This room was supposed to sleep four people. I was so upset, I cried when talking to Edgewater. Also, this place doesn’t take cash anymore. That was a headache.

  : The room was okay, everything else was way below par.
  : The balcony door didnt lock. Our water was cut off. The pull out bed was horribly uncomfortable. The air kept setting itself to 74 degrees. There wasnt enough elevators to accomodate all of the rooms in the hotel. It took an hour and a half to get into our room after the 4pm check in time. I had to call multiple times to figure out codes. I had to call to get more blankets because there wasnt enough. They told me i would have to go down to a different hotel to get them where i didnt even book a room through. Lesson learned, we will not be staying here again or recomending. Majestic and resort collections is a joke.
